DIRECTIONS
Take the SHOT (2 fl oz) prior to your activity for maximum performance. Do not exceed 4 SHOTS daily, consumed several hours apart. Use or discard any remainder within 72 hours (three days) after opening. Refrigeration not required. Contains caffeine comparable to one-half cup of coffee. Limit caffeine products to avoid nervousness, sleeplessness and occasional rapid heartbeat.
